These terms cover every Veloce subscription service: websites, SEO, Maps SEO, AI Search and Google Business Profile management. By purchasing or using any of them you agree to these terms.
Our free checks and scans (the full scan, the SEO check, the Maps check and the AI check) are open to anyone and cost nothing. By entering a website address into any of them you confirm you are authorised to request a check for that website, and you agree that we may contact you about the results and about our services, by email, SMS or phone, using any contact details you give us or that are published on that website.
We record the address you enter and what our systems read from that page so we can produce the report and follow it up. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying stop to any message, using the unsubscribe link on any email, or emailing admin@veloce.marketing, and we will stop contacting you and remove your details on request. We do not sell your details to anyone.
Where a service includes it, your website may take part in our link exchange: a pool of client websites that link to one another where the businesses are relevant to each other and not competitors. Links are placed inside real, written content, never in hidden blocks or sitewide footers, and no money changes hands for any link.
By subscribing you agree to take part in the pool while you are subscribed. You can leave at any time from your portal, and pressing that button removes every link placed on your site for other members. Doing so also removes the links pointing to you from other members, so you lose that benefit as well. Nothing is placed on your site during a free trial period.
Each service is $99 AUD per month per website, billed by Stripe in advance, no lock-in contracts. Cancel any time from your portal or by contacting us; service continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.
You confirm the information you give us is accurate, you have the rights to any content, logos and images you supply, and your business complies with the laws that apply to it. Website and publishing services need working access you provide (for example a WordPress application password); delays caused by missing access are not service failures.
AI-assisted content is produced for you and published under your review settings. You can flag, decline or remove any article from your portal at any time and it comes down straight away. You own the content we publish for your business once paid for.
Our services depend on third-party platforms (Google, Stripe, WordPress hosts, AI providers, data providers). We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, index changes or actions, including changes that affect your rankings or visibility.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a service is capped at the fees you paid for that service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or profit. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; where such a guarantee applies, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.
We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in your portal or by email. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
