For $99 AUD per month you get: your live website, hosting, a domain name registered for your business, one business email address, and up to one hour of website changes each month. Nothing else to pay for the standard service.
Billing is monthly in advance by card through Stripe, starting the day you subscribe. Prices include GST where applicable. Receipts are emailed automatically.
There is no lock-in contract. Cancel anytime and your service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months.
When your subscription ends, hosting stops and your website comes down. The domain name and business email are not renewed at their next renewal date. If you would like to keep the domain, tell us and we will transfer it to you or your nominated provider at no charge beyond any registrar fees.
If a payment fails we will let you know. If it is not fixed within 7 days we may pause the website and email until payment resumes. If payment stops entirely, the domain and email are not renewed at their next renewal.
Each month includes up to one hour of changes: wording, photos, prices, hours, that kind of thing. Unused time does not roll over. Bigger jobs (new pages, online stores, integrations) are quoted separately before any work starts.
You confirm you have the right to use any content you give us (photos, logos, text). The website design and build remain ours while you subscribe; your business content is always yours. The domain is registered for your business and is transferable to you on request.
We build and run your website. We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volumes or revenue, and we are not responsible for losses from outages beyond our control. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
No unlawful, misleading or harmful content. We can decline or remove content that creates legal risk. Either side can end the service with notice; we will never end it without telling you why.
If we change these terms we will email the address on your account before the change takes effect.
