Veloce Marketing Websites. What we collect, why, and what we never do.
When you request a website preview or become a client we collect what you give us: business name, industry, service area, your name, mobile number, email address, business details (hours, ABN, photos, domain preferences) and anything you type into our forms. Our website previews also record basic visit information (pages opened, buttons clicked, device type, approximate location from your network) so we can see whether a preview was useful.
To build and run your website, to contact you about the preview you asked for, to provide the service you pay for, to send service messages (like payment and renewal notices), and to improve how our previews work.
If you gave us your mobile, we may text you about your preview or service. Reply STOP to any SMS and all marketing contact ends immediately. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service messages for paying clients (billing, renewals, site issues) continue while you are a client.
Only the providers needed to run the service: payment processing (Stripe), messaging (Twilio, SMTP2GO), hosting and data storage (Cloudflare, Supabase), and domain and email registration on your behalf. We never sell your information and never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Data is stored with our hosting providers (servers in Australia and the United States). Prospect information from expired previews is kept so we do not contact you again if you asked us not to, and otherwise may be removed over time. Client records are kept while you are a client and as required for tax and legal purposes afterwards.
Ask us any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (we keep only what the law requires). Reply to any of our texts or emails, or write to the address below.
Access to your data is restricted to our team, protected by authentication, and transferred over encrypted connections. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you promptly.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will email the address on your account before the change takes effect.
