We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy covers our websites, funnels, client portal, and the website, SEO, Maps SEO, AI Search and Google Business Profile services.
When you enter a website address into one of our free checks, we record that address, what our systems read from that page, and any name, email or mobile you give us. We use it to produce your report and to contact you about it and about our services. Entering an address is how you give us that permission, and it is set out in our terms.
You can stop it at any time: reply stop to any message, use the unsubscribe link on any email, or email admin@veloce.marketing and we will delete your details. We never sell them.
To deliver and improve the services you asked for, to send service messages (reports, approvals, replies), and, where you have enquired or opted in, marketing messages. Every SMS honours STOP and every marketing email has an unsubscribe, per the Spam Act 2003.
Only processors needed to run the services: Stripe (payments; we never store card numbers), Twilio (SMS), our cloud database and hosting providers, email delivery providers, and data or AI providers used to run checks and produce content (for example Google services, DataForSEO, Anthropic, OpenAI-based endpoints, Apify). We do not sell personal information.
Stored credentials are encrypted at rest and access to them is logged. We keep information while you are a client and as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or de-identify it. Some providers may process data outside Australia.
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing at any time: text 0468 078 885 or email hello@veloce.marketing. If you are unsatisfied with our response you can complain to the OAIC.
